Great location near the mall and plenty of restaurants. Beds were super comfy and rooms were clean. Friendly staff, especially Paul at check-in. Breakfast was solid with a variety of options, like waffles and bacon. The fitness center was nice, and everything was in good shape.

I really liked the spacious room and the friendly staff made us feel welcome. Breakfast was a nice perk, Tammy was on point with keeping things tidy. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! Just a heads up, the place was a bit loud at times, and the WiFi wasn’t the best either.

Absolutely great and incredibly beautiful hotel, we really enjoyed it.
Booked a room with the fireplace. The provided breakfast was large with juices, bacon, muffins. The location was decent - close to restaurants and shopping, very large room, comfortable beds, large breakfast area, and Winston Salem/Hanes Mall.

I like the location the employees were very nice and efficient I like the cleanliness of the room
I did not like the fact that I had a handicap room my clothes laid on the floor when I hung them up in the closet because the hangers was down so low
